As a national speaker for Homes.com and other major real estate search sites, Joe Sesso has spoken to more than thirty-five thousand real estate professionals in forty-nine states about the secrets to real estate success. His unique background makes him an expert on sales techniques.

Sesso began in the industry as a real estate investor where he invented a unique foreclosure system that helped him accumulate a multimillion dollar personal portfolio. During that time he authored The Foreclosure Revolution, which predicted the American housing crisis in the late 2000s. Sesso is currently the national speaker and sales director for Homes.com.

Sesso is a member of the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International, and has been a REALTOR(R) for seventeen years. Sesso received his bachelor's degree and MBA from Indiana University and his master's degree in global management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.

Secrets of top selling agents is very well written and organized. Each chapter summarizes a concept by a industry thought leader without repeating itself. Its almost like reading the cliff notes for 14 of the best books for real estate. I actually have dog eared a lot of pages and highlighted sections that spoke to me. That says a lot considering how many real estate books I've read.

Very good book , easy to read and a lot of information.. I highly recommend you to highlight important things and reread it and also read the books they recommend. After this book I highly recommend you read the "One Thing" by Garry Keller.

I've read this book more than once, referred to it on countless occasions, and have given many copies as gifts to my friends in the industry as MUST READ content. I've come to rely on Joe's insider industry knowledge and connections to provide the most relevant, value-adding, high impact content needed to stand out in today's competitive space. Buy this book, you'll be glad you did!

I'd give this 3 1/2 stars if I could because, while there ARE some useful, helpful tips in here, the entire book is just a rehash of the Secrets podcasts in an almost "dry" and unvarying format. (Introduce the person whose "secrets" you are revealing; tell how they came to be on the podcast and who was responsible for getting them on it; summarize some key points; plug the featured person's latest book.)

Quick read (I read it in two sittings). A few great tips. Some mediocre ones. Some not relevant ones.

I bought it because I had just heard Chris Smith speak at the Florida Realtors conference and really loved him.

This book needs to be read at least three or four time grasp the content and apply. There are a lot of great information.

Really good tips. Very easy read. Finished the book in 3 days. Really hard to put down. Worth it for someone who wants to be creative in the business

It was basically a mini Bio on some successful real estate brokers. No big "secrets" here.

While all the featured highly successful real estate professionals or entrepreneurs revealed some actionable items for real estate success, I was looking for something more detailed.
